If you wish to have one custom made begin by selecting the type of wood for the frame and trim. Then choose your preference for color and type of tile, understanding that with stone, color variations are the norm. Some stones such as onyx can have a variety of color within each piece, however this typically adds to the distinctive characteristics of each board. Then indicate if you would like an inlayed pattern from either exotic hardwoods, stones such as Jasper, or Mother of Pearl.
